KEAN Cost and Contracts Manager

bbf: is expanding its internal team and currently looking for a Cost and Contracts Manager for KEAN Project - our flagship development in Limassol. This large-scale, mixed-use seafront project will redefine modern coastal living, combining residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces in one of the most prestigious areas of the city.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost control strategies for the organization
• Develop and maintain contract management policies and procedures
• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
• Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
• Develop and maintain a cost estimation and forecasting system
• Identify potential cost savings opportunities
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies
• Manage a team of cost and contract professionals
• Participate on Financial reports/plans
• Participate on Business Plans  (Financial knowledge)
  

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or or related discipline
• Management experience is strongly preferred 
  
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Able to generate budgets and reports
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
• Excellent communication, organization, and supervisory skills essential
• Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads
• Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of construction processes
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). The Greek or Russian languages will be considered as an advantage
