We are currently seeking an experienced Project Director for a large-scale project in a real estate segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the Project’s strategy. 

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with the Board of Directors. 

• Manage the Project’s resources, including financial, human, and physical assets. 

• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance. 

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. 

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. 

• Full management of the project, ensure all project deadlines and budgets are met. Full responsibility for the financial model of the Project. 
• Coordinate all project stages from concept to completion, ensuring successful and timely delivery. 

Team Coordination 

• Lead and manage teams involved in the construction project. 

• Oversee the plant team responsible for production relocation. 

• Coordinate with international real estate design consultants and new production design consultants.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing the big-scale real estate development projects.  

• Knowledge and experience in the residential and/or commercial real estate sector. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. 

• Experience working with international consultants and contractors. 

• Excellent communication and leadership qualities. 

• Higher education in finance, business, construction, project management, or a related field. 

• Fluent English is a must.
