Maintenance Supervisor

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services.

Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to help organize, manage, and deliver day-to-day maintenance activities on our projects and properties.

Location: Limassol

Reposts to: Chief Engineer

Main tasks and Responsibilities:

• Organize and deliver daily site works, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to bbf: quality standards.
• Develop and implement (seasonal) maintenance programs.
• Manage handovers of completed projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Supervise building works, making sure all jobs follow the approved plans.
• Address and rectify any issues or defects in construction projects.
• Order needed site materials and follow up on deliveries.
• Coordinate subcontractors to make sure their work is on time and meets bbf: quality standards and deadlines.
• Keep proper records, including time sheets, work in progress, and completed tasks.
• Make sure Health & Safety rules are followed on site (helmets, vests, safety shoes, etc.).

Requirements for the Position:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in Greek and English.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project).
• Previous experience in maintenance or site supervision (real estate or construction is highly preferable).
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow project timelines.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Able to communicate clearly with teams and subcontractors.
