Marketing Project Manager

bbf: is one of the leading and fastest growing companies in the property market in Cyprus and Greece, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction, and other related services. Currently, bbf: is enlarging its internal staff, and we are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team and support the promotion of our major real estate developments in Paphos.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Plan and manage marketing activities for residential and commercial projects.
• Coordinate the creation of brochures, videos, signage, and digital campaigns.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver marketing materials on time.
• Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Support lead generation efforts through digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
• Help organize promotional events, exhibitions, and client-facing activities.
• Prepare reports on marketing performance and campaign results.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in real estate, construction, or hospitality.
• Excellent project management and coordination skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Greek or Russian is a plus).
• Familiarity with marketing tools, digital campaigns, and CRM systems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
