As bbf: expands the internal team, we are looking for an experienced Strategic Transactions Manager to join us.
Reports to: CEO
Location: Limassol/ Nicosia
The Strategic Transactions Manager will work closely with the CEO to structure, coordinate and execute the Group’s strategic corporate and real estate transactions.
Acting as the central link between Legal, Finance, Investment, Development and external advisors, the role will ensure that commercial agreements are translated into robust transaction structures and documentation. The Strategic Transactions Manager will play an active role in shaping how transactions are structured, refining commercial terms, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring transactions are executed efficiently and in line with the Group's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the CEO on the structuring and execution of strategic corporate and real estate transactions.
- Develop, evaluate and refine transaction structures to achieve the best commercial outcome.
- Challenge and refine commercial terms, identifying risks, opportunities and alternative approaches.
- Coordinate Legal, Finance, Investment, Development and external advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Work closely with Legal to ensure transaction documentation accurately reflects the agreed commercial intent.
- Prepare transaction summaries, approval papers and commercial analyses to support executive decision-making.
- Monitor transaction progress, key milestones and approvals through to completion.
- Drive continuous improvement in transaction governance, documentation and execution processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
- A Master's degree or professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, MBA or equivalent) will be considered an advantage.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in transactions, corporate finance, M&A, investment, real estate, transaction advisory or a related field.
- Proven experience in structuring and executing complex corporate and/or real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of commercial agreements, transaction documentation and corporate structures.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and working closely with senior executives.
- Experience in the real estate or property development sector will be considered a strong advantage.

- Strong financial literacy and ability to interpret legal documentation from a commercial perspective.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously.
- High levels of ownership, sound judgement and discretion.
