→Provide technical service to electrical motors, 2-cycle, 4-cycle and diesel engines.
→Tag all warranty parts and returns to warranty clerk.
→Attend training classes and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
→Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase overall customer satisfaction.
→Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements and published procedures.
→Maintain your assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner.
→Adhere to manufacturer’s policy and procedures as they relate to labor operations, time and repair order documentation when performing warranty repairs and torque specifications.
→Assist with basic warehouse support including order pulling, stocking, shipping, and receiving during periods of lower service volume.
→Provide occasional front counter support by assisting customers, processing parts orders, and helping maintain a clean, organized sales area.
Any other duties as outlined by the Service Supervisor and or management of the company.

Two years experience as a technician.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Be self-motivated and conduct oneself in a professional manner.
Must have own inventory of hand tools to facilitate the assigned repairs.
Two year technical degree may be used in lieu of 2 years of verifiable technical employment.
Customer service, parts, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask and support multiple departments.
Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification preferred.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate construction equipment.
Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds.
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects. Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance, kneel, stoop, crouch, and crawl.
Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise.
