Butler County Regional Transit Authority is a political subdivision of the State of Ohio organized as a regional transit authority under Ohio law. BCRTA is the designated recipient of federal transit funds and provides public transportation within and around Butler County, including Hamilton, Middletown, Fairfield, West Chester, Oxford, and Miami University.

BCRTA employs or directs approximately 120 transit employees, manages an annual budget of approximately $15 million, and is governed by a nine-member Board of Trustees.
