• →Gathers, maintains, formats, compiles, and manipulates technical data, such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. Produces engineering document, reports, and drawings (flow charts, block diagrams and schematics)
• →Prepares reports and summaries, including quantitative analysis
• →Provides completion of technical tasks.
• →Provides technical support to engineers on a variety of technical tasks.
• →Helps scope equipment for use and complete qualifications
• →Works with team to on general lab functions; including calibration, implementation of safety procedures, and routine equipment maintenance
• →Notifies manager or team lead upon recognition of factors that may affect project
• →Helps develop prototype processes and test set-ups
• →Executes designed test protocol and conducts testing
• →Trains and mentors junior team members on lab procedures and equipment use
• →Effectively documents and communicates test results
• →Supports hardware debugging

• Minimum education requirement is Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering and at least 1 year experience in a lab environment (corporate or school)
• Or technician experience in a regulated environment for a minimum of 3 years, experience following written procedures and working collaboratively with a team

• Ability to understand and perform designed test procedures
• The ability to work effectively in a cross functional group and communicate effectively with the lab team and extended team members
• Develops solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope
• Proficiency in personal computers
• Ability to train lower-level technicians
