Responsibilities

Operate sterilization equipment (PC, HMI) according to validated procedures.
- →
Track all the products around conveyor systems, and Sterilization Room, to unjam boxes or trays.
- →
Load products into conveyors and manipulate the interface of the HMI.
- →
Unwrap material prior to sterilization cycle.
- →
Load/unload product manually once the manual line is running.
- →
Monitor and document sterilization cycles, parameters, and outcomes.
- →
Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and minor maintenance.
- →
Maintain accurate records of sterilization batches and logs.
- →
Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve issues.
- →
Identify and report deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
- →
Support continuous improvement initiatives in sterilization processes.
- →
Maintain clean working area.
- →
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
- →
Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.
Knowledge and Skills:

Has basic skills training in an analytical/scientific method or operational process.

Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend documents, and perform basic math calculations.

Ability to perform/operate in a metrics-driven environment.

General computer skills.

Works independently with minimal guidance.

Effective communication skills at a level co-worker.
