Responsibilities

- →Attract and Engage Talent: Identify and connect with aligned individuals who resonate with our mission and values.
- →Drive Digital Visibility: Support online marketing initiatives using social platforms to expand reach and engagement (training provided).
- →Guide Meaningful Conversations: Conduct structured discovery calls to understand individual goals and present relevant solutions.
- →Follow a Proven Outreach Process: Use established systems, scripts, and strategies to support engagement.
- →Manage Your Workflow: Organize your schedule independently to align with performance goals and personal productivity.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of experience in Team Leadership, Marketing, Business Development or People & Culture : You have a strong track record of driving results and creating value across business functions.
