~2 min readThis won't be your average operations role - it's a combination of operations, marketing, recruiting, and strategic initiatives. On a typical workday, you will optimize practitioners' schedules, coordinate patient billing, oversee all administrative duties (scheduling appointments, answering phones/emails/texts), aid in ensuring patient retention and growing our patient base, conduct interviews with potential practitioners, attend workshops at client sites as well as being available for ad hoc tasks as needed. Direct patient care will also be a component of the role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with room to grow. Also ideal for a mental health practitioner who has strong sales, operations and analytical skills who might be interested in a management position.
