Brief Summary: The role is responsible for completing personnel administration (such as HR responsibilities) and completing project administration (such as software updates and personnel communication). Also responsible for coordinating warranty appointments, invoicing projects, attending material approval appointments with buyers and designers, and obtaining material approvals through various channels.

 

Essential Functions:

  1. Complete Personnel Administration (117 and 118) Under the direction of 2 supervisors, this role will ensure the oversight of Fabrication employee personnel work. This includes:
    1. Implementation of all company directives and procedures.
    2. Enforce all company policies and consult with HR when necessary.
    3. Completion of all HR responsibilities, including:
      1. Hiring/Separation paperwork
      2. Entering employee work schedules, approving timecard corrections, watching overtime and schedule violations, and approving sick and vacation time for employees.
      3. Completing injury and incident reports
    4. Attend and actively listen to the company-wide weekly Monday Morning Meeting to understand updates that will be disseminated to the team. If unable to attend, listen to the recorded webinar.
  2. Utilize SupplyPro for job/project management (Woodside Homes, Century Communities, Lennar, etc.) to print out color selections, enter in template and install dates, make sure addendums are up-to-date, make sure sinks are correct day-before the template date.
  3. Use Moreaware to enter job/project information the builder has provided, including color selections, which areas get counters, edge profiles, backsplashes, sink info, faucet info, etc.
  4. Utilize POS to order material for each job, receive material/slabs when they arrive, make sure they are put into the right location.
  5. Make folders for the jobs/projects with all the information printed out (then it goes to Sam or Chris)
  6. Work directly with superintendents and/or customer care reps from each builder to schedule warranty/repair appointments.
  7. Keep inventory updated and order material accordingly.
  8. Utilize scanner to do weekly cycle counts and inventory checks to make sure material location that is showing up in POS matches where the material is physically located.
  9. Invoice/bill jobs/projects after they have been installed.
  10. Attend slab viewing appointments with designers and home buyers.
  11. Receive and process material purchase approvals from buyers.

  2. Bi-lingual in Spanish

Work Environment:

Combination of an indoor office environment that is well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned with adequate ventilation and fabrication shop with temperature and ventilation systems, fabrication equipment, water filtration system, and dust abatement systems.
