Quality Supervisor

• →Supervise daily activities of quality technicians and support personnel 

• →Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure quality activities are completed to production schedules 

• →Support implementation and maintenance of quality control processes and inspection standards 

• →Review inspection plans, work instructions, and quality documentation for accuracy and compliance 

• →Support APQP activities, including development and execution of control plans under guidance from quality leadership 

• →Monitor quality performance metrics and escalate issues impacting production or customer requirements 

• →Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams to identify and resolve quality concerns 

• →Support investigations of product and process issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions 

• →Assist with nonconformance management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement activities 

• →Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9001, customer requirements, and internal quality procedures 

• →Support internal, customer, and third-party audit activities 

• →Coach and mentor quality team members on inspection methods, quality standards, and problem-solving practices 

• →Promote a culture of quality ownership and proactive issue prevention

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered

• Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related quality, manufacturing, or inspection experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities; or equivalent work experience

• Working knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes 

• Understanding of AS9100 and ISO9001 quality standards 

• Experience with inspection processes, control plans, and quality documentation 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to lead and support a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 

• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and quality requirements 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and production demands

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

• Experience in aerospace, aviation, automotive, or regulated manufacturing environments 

• Experience supporting APQP processes 

• Familiarity with quality software systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES) 

• Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience 

• Experience working in a startup or rapidly growing manufacturing environment
