What We Offer
~1 min read- Diploma or B.Eng degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a relevant technical field
- 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in a technical maintenance, field engineering, or systems integration role; experience with marine, or robotics systems is a strong plus
- Strong practical skills in electrical troubleshooting — comfortable using a multimeter, oscilloscope, and bench power supply to diagnose faults at component and system level
- Familiarity with software systems diagnostics — able to navigate logs, use SSH and CLI tools, and perform firmware updates; ROS/ROS2 experience is advantageous
- Strong hands-on skills for rework and repair, such as electronics assembly, soldering, crimping, wire harnessing
- Experience working with battery systems is a plus
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings
- Self-driven and dependable; takes ownership of issues through to resolution and follows up without being chased
- Strong written communication skills — able to produce clear fault reports, SOPs, and handoff notes without supervision
