What We Offer

✓Assist the Project Manager in project preparation, execution, and close out, to ensure that project is delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

✓Facilitate internal and external stakeholders’ coordination, assist in tracking project progress and status update, maintain good quality of documentation and reporting.

✓Support the Operations Team by allocating resources required for project execution and manage external vendors.

✓Opportunity to handle mini project (with PM supervision)

✓Support and potentially lead initiatives to improve operational excellence, from ideation to rollout

✓Assist the Business Team to ensure smooth revenue generation, through pre and post-project support to our customers

Background in engineering discipline (marine, industrial, civil, mechanical, or related fields to offshore).
Currently enrolled in Diploma or Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or Business Operation, or related field.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion, Monday.com).
Experience working on group projects, student clubs, or events in a coordinating role.
Basic understanding of project management concepts (e.g., timelines, risks, stakeholders).
Interest in Maritime Robotics
