Responsibilities

Support sourcing and onboarding activities for TPM suppliers to meet business, quality, cost and service requirements

Assist with supplier contract administration, governance processes, KPI reporting and compliance activities
- →
Collect, organise and analyse supplier, cost, market and performance data to support business recommendations
- →
Coordinate stakeholder engagement through meeting preparation, reporting, action tracking and supplier communications
- →
Support NPD, innovation and business continuity projects by coordinating supplier inputs and escalating risks where required
Experience in procurement, supply chain, project coordination, account management or a supplier-facing role within FMCG or a related industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide practical, evidence-based recommendations
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging internal stakeholders and suppliers
A proactive and curious mindset, with a desire to build expertise in procurement, supplier governance and third-party manufacturing
