  • We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join our team in a permanent, full-time role based at our Wetherill Park, NSW site.

    In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting safe, reliable, and efficient site operations, working closely with production and maintenance teams. You’ll contribute through hands‑on electrical support, proactive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives that help the team perform at its best.

    Our Wetherill Park site in Sydney is our Milk Based Beverages hub for the eastern seaboard. This state-of-the-art facility produces 75 million litres of some of Australia's most loved dairy products including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.

    This role requires flexibility to work a 12-hour night shift roster (6:00 PM–6:00 AM), including weekdays and weekends (Monday to Sunday).

    Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment and electrical systems, responding to breakdowns in a timely and practical way.

    • Perform preventative maintenance to improve performance and reduce downtime.

    • Support and guide team members by sharing knowledge and coaching safe equipment use.

    • Ensure all work is completed in line with engineering, safety, and food quality standards.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives, helping build a strong site culture

    • Fully licensed Electrician with experience in a manufacturing environment

    • Strong problem‑solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis

    • Knowledge of automation systems including PLCs, SCADA, and industrial networks

    • Confident in fault‑finding and troubleshooting across electrical systems

    • Able to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and P&IDs
