Work in a small, passionate team for an iconic Australian company!  

Bega’s Koroit site manufactures a range of dairy products including skimmed and full cream milk powders, buttermilk powders, milk protein concentrate, lactoferrin powder, retail milk powders, anhydrous milk fat, liquid cream and butter. The site produces a staggering 35 tonnes of lactoferrin extract annually. Lactoferrin is a naturally occurring iron building protein found in milk, and it is regarded for its anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties.

We are currently inviting applications for an Inventory Coordinator to join our team! This role will oversee daily error tracking and fault resolution, manage master data review and control, ensure transactional health, maintain Bills of Materials (BoM), coach operators and management on all aspects of Infor M3. This position is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, energetic, and looking to join a fast-growing business in a role with lots of variety and opportunities!

This role is Permanent full-time site-based role working Monday to Friday during normal site operating hours.

  Create purchase orders within budget constraints and service requirements.

  Lead and support process improvements with site teams.

  Schedule and conduct refresher training to enhance knowledge and system familiarity (Infor M3).

  Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures for transactional processes involving inventory and Infor M3 functions across the site.

  Coordinate daily and weekly transport planning with our external transport partner.

• Inventory control experience within an FMCG environment

• Successful track record of managing inventory in a fast-moving, manufacturing or FMCG customer environment, preferably food or other fast -moving dynamic industry, where shelf life is a constraint

• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels

• Excellent organisational skills
