Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!

We are seeking a QSE Coordinator to lead and coordinate Quality, Food Safety and Environmental systems at our Crestmead site. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring products are safe, compliant and meet the highest quality standards.

  Lead and maintain QSE management systems, ensuring compliance with HACCP, GMP, allergen management and traceability requirements.

• →

  Coordinate internal, customer and regulatory audits, manage non-conformances, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.

• →

  Monitor environmental performance, maintain compliance documentation, and support sustainability initiatives that reduce waste and resource consumption.

  Collaborative across functional teams to embed continuous improvement, standard work practices and right-first-time quality outcomes.

• →

  Deliver training, support product trials and validations, and ensure ongoing compliance with food safety and regulatory requirement.

• Previous experience in FMCG manufacturing is preferred

• Demonstrated understanding of BRC or relevant customer and regulatory standards.

• Internal Auditor and HACCP certifications

• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across teams

• Time management and problem-solving capabilities, with a continuous improvement mindset
