Senior Internal Audit Manager

• Lead complex audits and influence enterprise-wide risk and governance
• High-profile role partnering with executives, Audit Committee and the Board
• Shape an evolving Internal Audit function with a new Head of Audit & Risk
  
  

• →Develop, maintain, and deliver the annual risk‑based Internal Audit Plan
• →Plan, lead and execute end‑to‑end internal audits and reviews across the business
• →Produce clear, insightful reports and recommendations; track and validate remediation
• →Coordinate and quality‑assure co‑sourced internal audit partners and specialist providers
• →Present audit results and thematic insights to the Executive Leadership Team and the Risk & Audit Committee and Board; continuously enhance methodology and technology‑enabled assurance

• Proven success delivering complex internal audit and risk engagements in large organisations
• Undergraduate degree (or equivalent experience); CA or CPA preferred
• Confident communicator who can write board‑level reports and present to executive stakeholders and committees
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement — able to build trust and influence with courage and respect
• Curious and analytical with an interest in data analytics and technology‑enabled assurance
