Description

The Fulfillment Technician will assist with maintaining a schedule and current, up-to-date requirements of wholesale orders. The Order Fulfillment Specialist will receive, process, and deliver orders.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, package, and stage all orders and ensure accuracy of all forms.
  • Collaborate with Logistics Team on delivery routing and scheduling.
  • Determine all product requirements and prepare required paperwork.
  • Manage finished goods inventory supply chain, from processing and storage to order fulfillment.
  • Generate and communicate accurate inventory reports and status updates to internal team members and wholesale partners upon request.
  • Learn and master order fulfillment and inventory management aspects of company inventory tracking system.
  • Deliver orders to customers, load and unload packages at destinations, ensure accuracy and report any errors on shipping manifests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
  • Maintain a culture of professionalism.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Education
  • Fluency with inventory tracking or fulfillment computer software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to be consistently accurate with counts and data. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a State Agent ID.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $16.50-$18.00 per hour, non-exempt.
  • Health, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, and Life Insurance, with individual employee premiums covered by the company at 100%.
  • 401k with Matching.

  • Paid holidays, including 3 personal days.

Essential Job Functions
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
  • Able to move about a typical office, manufacturing, and warehouse environment.
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds daily.
