Nestled in the picturesque Portofino hills, Villa Beatrice offers a blend of sophistication and rich history, bathed in the warm Ligurian light. As part of our legendary story, you will experience Ligurian living at its finest, surrounded by nautical spirit and breathtaking views.

We are looking for the next season 2027 a Chef de Rang to join our Villa Beatrice team.

He/She will reports a Villa Manager.

Fullfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on Villa Beatrice, according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;

Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.
Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs;

Establish and maintain good relationships with all Guests and handle requests and enquiries;

Coordinate and monitor Commis de Rang assigned to him/her;

Contribute to the achievement of the economic targets of the outlet.

Requirements

Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability;
Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player;
Provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues
Global perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background;
Fluent in English and Italian; a third language preferred;
Previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environment;
Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;
Knowledge of HACCP hygiene and health regulations.

What We Offer

✓We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 4, Chef de Rang;

✓Start date: March 2027. End date: October 2027, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;

✓Monthly gross salary based on seniority and skill level, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;

✓Accomodation in our staff house including breakfast;
