For the next season 2027, we are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our team Splendido!

The ideal candidate is open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop yourself further. He / she is willing to support the team to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, curiosity and community.

Responsibilities

→Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on La Terrazza Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;
→Take care of the mise en place;
→Support the Chef de Rang with service;
→Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service;
→Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.
→Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs.

Requirements

Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);
Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them.
Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions;
Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player e Share information and skills and actively seek and provide feedback;
Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships;
Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally;

✓We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L. Settore Turismo - Level 5, Commis de Rang;

✓Start date: March 2027 to End date: November 2027, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path;

✓Monthly gross salary + separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
