• →Provide comprehensive and insightful recommendations on local attractions, dining, shopping, cultural events, and hidden gems.
• →Skillfully make reservations and arrangements for restaurants, transportation (taxis, private cars, boats), excursions, spa treatments, and other bespoke services.
• →Maintain an extensive network of contacts with local businesses, vendors, and service providers to secure preferred access and exceptional experiences for guests.
• →Handle guest inquiries and requests with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and efficiency, no matter how unique or challenging.
• →Provide accurate and up-to-date information on hotel services, facilities, and local events.
• →Manage guest mail, messages, and packages with care and precision.
• →Maintain a detailed log of guest preferences and special requests to ensure a highly personalized service experience during current and future stays.
• →Collaborate closely with all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concierge Agent in a luxury hotel or similar high-end hospitality environment;
• Exceptional knowledge of Portofino, the Ligurian coast, and surrounding areas, including local culture, attractions, and hidden treasures;
• An established network of reliable local contacts (restaurants, transport, tours);
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and genuinely;
• A proactive, intuitive, and anticipatory approach to guest service, capable of exceeding expectations consistently;
• Impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex requests simultaneously;
• Discretion, diplomacy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism;
• Fluency in Italian and English is essential; knowledge of other major international languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Russian, Arabic) is highly valued.
