Night Auditor| Caruso a Belmond Hotel

At Caruso a Belmond Hotel, we are looking for a analytical and detailed Night Auditor, who will oversee overnight Front Office operations and financial balance reconciliations. 

Primary Responsibilities Include 

• Manage overnight Front Office operations, handling late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest inquiries. 

• Perform end-of-day financial close procedures, auditing revenue centers, room rates, and payment postings. 

• Generate, verify, and distribute daily financial reports to departmental management. 

• Ensure night security, safety monitoring, and emergency response readiness across property grounds. 

• Maintain accurate records and prepare smooth handovers for the morning Front Office team. 

What You Bring 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Night Audit or Front Office role within luxury hotels. 

• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical skill, and familiarity with accounting principles. 

• Advanced proficiency in Property Management Systems (Opera PMS) and Excel. 

• Ability to work independently during night shifts with high responsibility. 

• Fluent in Italian and English.
