Locker Room Attendant

Beloit Health System is looking to add a Locker Room Attendant at our NorthPointe Campus!

• Location: NorthPointe Health & Wellness
• Shift: 2nd
• Schedule: 1:30p - 10p
• Hours per week: 32

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Locker Room Attendant to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. The Locker Room Attendant is responsible for the overall cleanliness, organization, and presentation of locker room facilities while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and changing areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, lockers, countertops, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
• Replenish towels, toiletries, and other locker room supplies as needed.
• Collect and distribute towels and linens according to facility procedures.
• Monitor locker room conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist members and guests with locker room-related questions and requests.
• Enforce locker room policies and facility guidelines in a professional manner.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards are maintained.
• Support special events and facility operations as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with members and guests.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Adhere to established hospital and department policies, rules, and regulations.
