Fulfillment Center Lead | Weekend Shift

The Fulfillment Lead plays a key role in assisting the site leadership team by directing the daily functional and operational workflow at the site. This role has extensive knowledge of all fulfillment environment tasks.  

• Weekend Shift: Saturday - Monday 6:00am - 6:30pm
• Weekly payday on every Friday!

• →Coach associates on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, glass-handling, and safety protocols.
• →Evaluate current processes and procedures and recommend improvements for cost reduction and productivity increases to warehouse management.
• →Receive incoming glass and supply items, logs items electronically and assist with stocking and inventory to evaluate quality and verify accuracy of location and quantity.
• →Maintain a working knowledge of warehouse data systems and perform various tasks within the system.
• →Provides world class customer service and partners internally to resolve associate and customer complaints in an ethical and timely manner.
• →Assist with opening/closing of location(s) as needed.
• →All other duties as assigned.
   

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent people, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including order pickers, forklift, and reach trucks.
• To safely operate the order picker and comply with equipment manufacturer specifications and required safety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired to operate this equipment, you will need to weigh under 300lbs. 
• Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.
