BeMyGuest is a leading B2B travel technology platform connecting tour, attraction, and activity suppliers with global distribution partners. Our platform enables travel businesses to expand distribution, manage inventory, and grow revenue through technology and strategic partnerships.
We are looking for Operations Executives to support operators using our platform and help them maximize the value of our distribution network and booking systems.
Key Responsibilities
Platform & Product Management
- Upload and maintain product information including descriptions, pricing, calendars, and images.
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of product listings across the platform.
- Use AI tools to assist with content creation, optimization, and translation of product descriptions.
Operator & Customer Support
- Provide ongoing support to operators using our platform and booking systems.
- Handle booking inquiries including changes, cancellations, refunds, and urgent cases via Chat, Slack, WhatsApp, WeChat, Email, and Phone.
API & System Support
- Assist in troubleshooting reservation system and API integration issues.
- Investigate booking or availability discrepancies and coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve issues.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, eCommerce, OTA, or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong written and spoken English to support communication with an international team.
- Experience using AI tools for content creation or translation.
- Familiarity with API or system troubleshooting is an advantage.
Location
- We are primarily looking for candidates based in Spain.
- However, candidates based in other locations within similar time zones will also be considered.
- This is a full-time and remote role with a 5-day work week, typically scheduled Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday depending on operational requirements.
