Benevity is the way the world does good, providing companies (and their employees) with technology to take social action on the issues they care about. Through giving, volunteering, grantmaking, employee resource groups and micro-actions, we help most of the Fortune 100 brands build better cultures and use their power for good. We’re also one of the first B Corporations in Canada, meaning we’re as committed to purpose as we are to profits. We have people working all over the world, including Canada, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the United States and more!

As a Senior Staff Developer for User Identity & Access Management (UIAM), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction of our identity platform, which serves as the foundation of trust for our Fortune 100 customers and their nonprofit partners. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will combine hands-on full-stack engineering with architectural leadership to design and scale secure authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycles using tools like Auth0, Okta, and Ping. In our fast-paced, AI-assisted development environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver highly reliable, zero-trust identity solutions while mentoring peers and fostering a culture of inclusive, high-performance engineering.
