We are looking for a professional, service-oriented Yacht Steward / Stewardess to join our team and ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience on board our luxury yachts.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests on board and provide warm, professional, and personalized hospitality.
Prepare the yacht before each trip, ensuring all interior areas are clean, organized, and presented to the highest luxury standards.
Serve food and beverages professionally, maintaining excellent presentation and attention to detail.
Assist with guest requests and provide attentive service throughout the charter.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest cabins, lounges, dining areas, bathrooms, and other interior spaces.
Coordinate with the captain, chef, and other crew members to ensure smooth yacht operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Assist with table setting, dining arrangements, and onboard service preparations.
Monitor onboard supplies, including food, beverages, linens, and guest amenities.
Follow all yacht safety, hygiene, and company service procedures.
Handle guest belongings and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Represent Beno's standards at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience as a yacht steward/stewardess, hotel hospitality professional, or in luxury food and beverage service is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service mindset.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond to guests' needs promptly.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
A valid UAE residence visa and relevant maritime or safety certifications are an advantage, subject to role requirements.
