Human Resources Payroll Consultant

We assist our clients in their day-to-day operations with HR expertise while making their HR more efficient and digital by using intelligent solutions. We're looking for a Payroll consultant with an analytical and digital mindset to join #teamberlin🚀. In this position you will support clients in their day-to-day HR and payroll operations while making their HR more digital, efficient and effective.

As a Payroll consultant you will be responsible for successfully delivering high quality, professional services to our clients during short and long term assignments. This means:

• →Delivering core HR services (HR administration, payroll and time solutions)
• →Analyzing and documenting the current HR processes, suggesting and executing improvements to realize quick wins
• →Managing payroll projects from start to finish
• →Diving into HR data to extract insights and improve data quality of HR master data

In order to be successful in this role, you will be expected to build and maintain your expertise by completing our berlin academy and keeping your knowledge up-to-date continuously.

Do you recognize yourself in the skills and qualifications below?

• You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• You are highly proficient in English and Dutch or French (spoken and written)
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and HR.
• You have a strong interest in HR and technology
• You have a driver’s license
• You are always interested in the bigger picture
• You are eager to learn (a lot!)
