Our kitchen stewards are an important part of running our restaurant and ensuring the back of house is cleaned, stocked before and during the shift.  They will work efficiently and effectively with other team members.

• →Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, and mopping our back of the house areas. 
• →Ensure all areas are cared for and inspected according to standards
• → Keeping All Stations Stocked of Needed Items for Service
• →Frequently Disposing and transporting of waste to the appropriate areas
• →Notify managers of any damages, deficits or disturbances
• →Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices

• Time Management Skills- Working quickly without compromising quality
• Ability to follow instructions

• Great attitude, customer service and friendly personality
• Flexibility - Must be able to work 5 days a week, including holidays and weekends 

• Sweeping
• Deep Cleaning

• Other projects as needed
