Are you an NVQ Level 2/3 Educator? Experienced in childcare?

**Nursery Educators, Up to £31,220**

Day Nursery is currently recruiting NVQ Level 2/3 qualified educators to be part of our dynamic team and to work in our inspiring, child led, family oriented setting. Our Nursery is based within a Preparatory School, surrounded by woodland and open spaces. We boast individual nursery gardens, a forest school and offer daily woodland walks for the children, encouraging their enquiring minds to develop.

This Day Nursery is a very successful 120 place setting, where the Managers believe strongly in rewarding staff and aiding professional development. This is a diverse role with duties including:

- being responsible for a Key group of children

- aiding child-led development

- assisting our Forest School outings

- communicating with parents

- supporting activities within the facilities of the School

One of the most exciting aspects of our setting is that a large proportion of our Leaders and

Managers have been recruited from within and joined us initially as Apprentices or Nursery

Person Specification:

1. A passion for child development and a good working knowledge of the EYFS 0-5 years

2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team

3. A sense of humour, common sense and a ‘can do’ attitude!

4. Masses of drive, ambition and energy!

5. A determined, persistent and resilient person, who approaches and overcomes challenges with a positive attitude.
