We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion and strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children, ambition for their role and growing with the nursery and an eagerness to take initiative and learn. This role involves engaging with children in a nurturing manner, promoting their academic and social development, and creating an inclusive classroom atmosphere. The successful applicant will have a solid foundation in early childhood education, possess a caring, warm nature and be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage classroom behaviour and create a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment.
- →Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress, behaviour, and any concerns.
- →Foster a love for learning by encouraging curiosity and creativity among students.
- →Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- →Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience.
- →Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
- →Drive initiatives that promote inclusivity and respect for diversity within the classroom.
Requirements
~1 min read- A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in childcare or nursery settings is highly desirable but not required.
- A genuine passion for working with children and facilitating their growth both academically and socially.
- Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to various learning styles.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and improvement in teaching practices.
