Room Leader/Nursery Nurse - Barnes

Full time over 4 days!

Working 8-6 over 4 days with a one hour lunch break!

Located near beautiful green spaces and parks, we offer daily outdoor adventures where children explore, play, and connect with nature. These outings enrich our outdoor activity garden, providing a safe, nurturing environment that fosters growth and joy in every child.

Open 8am to 6pm, 5 days a week, 50 weeks a year

As Room Leader you will be passionate about working with children, watching them develop under your care and looking to continue your career with a reputable nursery committed to happiness of the children and staff.

They need dynamic, driven and committed individuals with a child centred approach. Must have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years education or equivalent, be confident in leading a team of practitioners and have experience working in a similar role.

Other essential qualities: To have excellent written and spoken English, commitment to helping children thrive and get the best start in life, a warm and positive approach, lots of creative ideas and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Salary for Room Leader is 32000-37000 for a 4 or 5 day per week position!
