•             Salary: £13.50-£15.50 per hour depending on skills, experience, qualifications and strength of interview.

•             Hours (36 hours over 4 days or 41 hours over 4.5 days)

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
  • Passionate about supporting children's emotional well-being and outdoor learning.
  • Skilled at delivering quality provision for children both indoors and outdoors.
  • Attuned to the needs and interests of children, parents, and families, creating a stimulating, enabling environment.
  • An outstanding role model and inspiration to the team.
  • Patience, understanding, and a non-judgmental attitude.
  • Ability to relate to and understand people from all backgrounds, cultures, and walks of life.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing needs and moods of our children
  • Commitment to putting children first in all aspects of care and education.
