As a Modern Workplace Engineer, you will join Betclic’s Technology Department to design, integrate and improve cloud services, identity solutions and internal tools.
You will work mainly on Microsoft Azure, Okta, SaaS integrations and AI powered tools, while developing automations that improve operational reliability and the employee experience.
Autonomous, pragmatic and close to users, you will take ownership of complex technical topics while occasionally providing advanced support when needed.
In this role, your main missions will be:
- Design, deploy and maintain services and infrastructures in Microsoft Azure.
- Administer cloud resources, access, networks, application environments and monitoring mechanisms.
- Ensure the availability, performance, security and cost control of cloud services.
- Automate deployments and recurring operations.
- Contribute to architecture choices and the evolution of the cloud platform.
- Maintain clear and useful technical documentation.
- Integrate new applications into Okta.
- Configure and maintain SSO, MFA and provisioning mechanisms.
- Implement standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SCIM.
- Automate the lifecycle management of accounts, groups and permissions.
- Collaborate with Security, HR and business teams to ensure consistent identity and access management.
- Diagnose and resolve authentication or provisioning incidents.
- Integrate AI solutions into the company environment in collaboration with GenAI teams.
- Connect AI tools to internal applications, data and processes using APIs, webhooks or automation platforms.
Build prototypes and support their transition into production.
- Define safeguards around access, sensitive data, traceability and responsible AI usage.
- Monitor new tools and use cases.
- Develop scripts, connectors, APIs and internal tools.
- Automate administration, onboarding, offboarding, control and reporting tasks.
- Produce clean, maintainable, documented and version-controlled code.
- Set up tests, code reviews and reliable deployment mechanisms.
- Contribute to an engineering culture based on automation and continuous improvement.
- Provide advanced technical support on cloud, identity, application and workplace topics.
- Occasionally handle user requests when priorities or complexity require it.
- Identify root causes of incidents and implement long-term solutions.
- Share knowledge with support teams and contribute to the documentation base.
- Support users during the rollout of new tools and help drive adoption.
This position requires a strong sense of service and real availability when users need technical support.
If your application is shortlisted, Sébastien will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet Florent, your future manager.
After meeting your future manager, you will have a technical interview with an expert from the Internal IT team.
Finally, Sébastien will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
