Responsibilities

As an Event Team Member, you’ll help bring events to life through hospitality, preparation, and service. Depending on the event, your work may include:

  • Supporting the team in creating an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
  • Setting up event spaces, tables, décor, and service areas
  • Welcoming and serving guests during events
  • Assisting with food and beverage service
  • Clearing tables, refreshing beverages, and keeping spaces clean and organized
  • Helping with bar setup and service when needed
  • Breaking down events and resetting spaces afterward

  • Attentive to details and guest experience
  • A strong communicator with co-workers, guests, and vendors

  • Customer service or hospitality experience is helpful
  • Event, restaurant, banquet, or service industry experience is a plus
  • Bar service experience is helpful, but not required

This is a part-time role, generally 20 hours per week or less, depending on event volume.
