Banquet Team Member

At The Willows, we do more than host events — we help create some of life’s most meaningful celebrations. From weddings to special gatherings, our Event Team Members play a key role in making each event feel smooth, welcoming, and memorable.

If you enjoy serving others, working behind the scenes to make things come together, and creating a great guest experience, this could be a great fit for you.

As an Event Team Member, you’ll help bring events to life through hospitality, preparation, and service. Depending on the event, your work may include:

• →Supporting the team in creating an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
• →Setting up event spaces, tables, décor, and service areas
• →Welcoming and serving guests during events
• →Assisting with food and beverage service
• →Clearing tables, refreshing beverages, and keeping spaces clean and organized
• →Helping with bar setup and service when needed
• →Breaking down events and resetting spaces afterward

• A strong communicator with co-workers, guests, and vendors

• Customer service or hospitality experience is helpful
• Event, restaurant, banquet, or service industry experience is a plus
• Bar service experience is helpful, but not required

This is a part-time role, generally 20 hours per week or less, depending on event volume.
