Performance & Dev Manager

You will combine your sports expertise with performance analysis, coaching, and tournament operations. You’ll see how your decisions affect the game in practice — from stronger individual performance and better-balanced pairs to more competitive and higher-quality matches.

You will also have the opportunity to help shape performance standards as the beach volleyball direction grows, introduce new approaches, and build processes that can be scaled across different venues.
