- Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions
- Prepare and submit reports to outside agencies/auditors as required
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- HR postings and reconciliations
- Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
- Execute the deposit and accurate recording of checks received by the University
- Retrieve and coordinate the posting of activity associated with bank accounts
- Assist with other accounts receivable tasks as needed
- Expense adjustments and JE preparations
- Accounts Payable review and approvals
- Work with the appropriate teams to send and record information related to unclaimed property
- General AP accounting support
