We are looking for a talented CRM Manager for the Betsson Georgia brand who will drive customer retention and reactivation and ensure continuous growth of the company’s revenue. Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer activity, deposits, and key performance indicators on a daily basis;
  • Customer activation, retention, and acquisition;
  • VIP customer activation;
  • Process and analyze the data, verify customer compliance with existing regulations;
  • Campaign launch and execution management;
  • Develop campaign logic and manage the technical launch of campaigns through campaign tools;
  • Prepare daily and monthly reports on customer activity, deposits, and other key metrics for the company’s management team and relevant stakeholders within the Commercial Department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar role or within the same industry;
  • 2+ years of experience in CRM or database analysis;
  • Experience working with large datasets;
  • Experience using CRM systems and campaign tools;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Strategic and analytical thinking ability;
  • English proficiency at an Intermediate level (both written and spoken).
