We are looking for a new team members on the position of Customer Service Operator to join our team in Tbilisi, Georgia.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their questions and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

Experience in the service field will be an advantage;
Ability to work non-standard shifts (12-hour shifts, 2 days on / 2 days off);
Willingness to work on-site from our office in Tbilisi.

You'll participate in a two-week training program where you'll learn about our products and service standards. Candidates who successfully complete the training will be offered employment with the company.
