Responsibilities

→Collaborate with internal and external design teams to create engaging and high-performing advertising creatives.
→Drive innovative marketing initiatives by generating new ideas and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
→Execute, optimize, analyze, and report on the performance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
→Develop expertise in the North American gambling market while collaborating with a diverse, cross-functional team.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in app user acquisition.
Solid experience with AppsFlyer or another MMP, including app user reporting.
Strong understanding of iOS tracking, including SKAN reporting and handling non-consented users.
Experience with GA4: event setup, custom reports, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
A proven track record of executing performance marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
The ability to adapt quickly and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
