Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and personalized manner. Manage guest seating and table allocations efficiently. Provide accurate information about the restaurant, menu, and hotel facilities. Manage reservations and coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations. Monitor guest flow and assist with special requests or occasions. Maintain a professional appearance and high standards of guest service. Handle guest inquiries and concerns courteously and escalate when required. Requirements Requirements: Previous experience as a Hostess in a luxury hotel or restaurant is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage. Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
