Highly organized and able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional telephone manner and demeanor. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy is a must, with a strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Benefits Specific missions: · F&B rotation across all food and beverage outlets · Supervise the service team in collaboration with the Banquet service. · Personally take care of guests and their food order requests · Participate in all areas of required administrative work, including but not limited to: planning, opening/closing tasks, cleaning and maintenance checklists · Be present on the ground and lead by example as a warm and professional host · Supervise the service team in collaboration with the F&B Management team. · Personally take care of customers (reservations, seating, order taking, cashier duties if necessary) and ensure that colleagues under his/her supervision serve them efficiently · Manage pressure and compelling demands from other departments in relation to inventory and budget management · Be exposed to the logistics and organization of the different F&B departments · Understand the dynamics of the department and plan colleagues effectively · Effectively plan and prepare the hotel and department for future audits.
