Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain accurate membership records and database entries, process applications and renewals
- →Handle sensitive information securely
- →Field inquiries from families and provide exceptional customer service
- →Help coordinate member events and meetings
- →Maintain office supplies and inventory
- →Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing and payment processing
- →Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- →Engage with our young members, offering mentorship and support as they navigate their Club experience
- →Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
- Some front desk, office, or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs, with the ability to learn new software tools as needed
- Excellent organizational skills, with both electronic data and physical files
- Ability to handle personal information with sensitivity and confidentiality
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, in person, and over email
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a lively, energetic environment
- Willingness to learn and implement Trauma-Informed Practices to help create an environment of safety, awareness, trust, and empathy with youth and fellow staff members
- Willingness to develop and exemplify social-emotional competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making
Requirements
~1 min read- Must be able to pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and drug screening
- 18 years and over
- 21 years and over (to meet driving requirements), be willing and able to drive 15 passenger vans
- Bilingual Spanish/English speaking preferred
- 2 years of office and/or customer service experience
- 1 year of experience working with youth
