Site Development - PM/SR PM

• Direct responsibility for projects, and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications, for Land and Site Development projects including single-family, multifamily, commercial and mixed use projects
• Management of multi-disciplined teams on projects
• Act as point of contact for clients
• Responsible for project management, financial reporting, and client invoicing
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
• Registered PE in Texas
• 7+ years related experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience overseeing and managing the work of others
