B.H. Inc. (BHI) is hiring a full-time Hydrovac Swamper (Hydrovac Laborer) in Cedar City, Utah to support our hydrovac operators with safe, efficient excavation work at project sites. Pay is $20–$26 per hour,depending on experience, with weekly paychecks and full benefits.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist the Hydrovac Operator in completing excavation work safely and efficiently
- Handle vacuum and water hoses during daily operations
- Help pothole and expose underground utilities
- Set up and maintain safe work zones at each jobsite
- Help complete pre-trip inspections and make sure the truck, tools, hoses, and safety equipment are ready each day
- Clean and organize the hydrovac truck and equipment after each job
- Communicate with the operator and jobsite crews, and follow all safety procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn
- Able to perform physical labor, handle heavy hoses and equipment, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to follow directions, work well with a crew, and communicate clearly
- Able to travel to project sites and work occasional overtime

- Schedule: Full-time, typically Monday–Friday. Start and end times vary with project needs, and early mornings and overtime may be required.
- Location: Field-based at jobsites, with home base in Cedar City, Utah.
