Industrial Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician who takes pride in staying ahead of problems — someone who can identify issues before they turn into downtime and step in to fix them when they do.

If you’re a hands-on technician who prefers working on the floor, solving real problems, and keeping production moving — this is the role.

• →Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (inspections, lubrication, cleaning, calibration)
• →Identify potential equipment issues and correct them before failure
• →Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems as needed
• →Support production by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability
• →Document maintenance work and follow established PM schedules
• →Work closely with operations to coordinate maintenance with production needs
• →Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics (PLC experience is a plus)
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment preferred
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to maintenance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• PLC troubleshooting (Siemens or Allen-Bradley)
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing or production environments
• Corrugated industry experience
