Right now, we’re looking for a Policy Coordinator to join our team of specialists in Head Office. As a Policy Coordinator you will be responsible for the development, management, and implementation of the policy framework, including policies, procedures, and guidelines, to support our organisation in delivering high quality education to children from birth to 12 years.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in a developing and managing an organisational policy framework.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, reviewing, updating, and managing organisational policies.
  • High level policy writing skills and report writing skills.
  • High level organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and / or projects.
  • High level research and analysis skills and experience.
  • A skilled, experienced, and confident verbal communicator.
  • Knowledge of early childhood and out of school hours sector is desirable.

  • A cleared valid for paid work, NSW working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
  • A cleared National Criminal Record Check
  • Demonstrated commitment to protecting all children from abuse, harm and neglect.
  • Demonstrated commitment to cultural safety for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and families.
  • Evidence of completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Course
  • Details of a minimum two referees, where one must be a manager or supervisor at your current or most recent workplace.
